EuPD Research | Finance & Insurance has been delving into Finance & Insurance for years and cooperates with the most well-known German financial experts of economy and companies. Core issues are amongst others business finance, risk management and eCommerce.
The internet has established itself as a trading platform. We analyze emerging developments and trends in the field of eCommerce.
  eCommerce 2007  
  Interviewed companies/ method:
The survey "eCommerce 2007" is in both, method and content, linked to the studies "Electronic Payment Systems for Online Traders 2003," "eCommerce 2004," and "eCommerce 2006." It is based on two separate telephonic inquiries, each of which is based on a standardized questionnaire. On the one hand, 1,035 online users and on the other hand, 504 online traders were interviewed.

  Added value of the survey:
The research design allows for a comparison of the answers given by online users and online traders. Thus, it offers a complete snap-shot as well as a realistic prognosis of the commercial usage and potential of the internet. The following issues were in the spotlight of both survey waves:
